The service

From schematic review to a build-ready design

We work with machine builders, integrators and companies developing or upgrading control systems. We can support a particular stage or prepare the full electrical design. The scope starts with the machine’s function and includes power supply, protection, control circuits, components and technical documentation.

01 / ANALYSIS

Review of an existing schematic

We check the logic of power and control circuits, protective devices, markings, grounding and documentation consistency. We deliver clear findings and recommendations.

02 / IMPROVEMENT

Corrections and selection

We propose schematic changes and select controllers, fuses, contactors, power supplies, terminals and other components based on loads, functions and operating conditions.

03 / DESIGN

Complete solution

We prepare the control architecture, power and control schematics, component layout, bill of materials, and installation and test documentation.

01 / Documentation review

A clear design before installation

We review the drawings and technical data you provide to spot ambiguities and risks during the design stage.

  • Power supply, power circuits and control circuits
  • Protection, emergency stop and grounding
  • Markings, terminal strips and machine connections

02 / Component selection

Components suited to the application

Selection starts with the machine’s function and electrical parameters. We define inputs and outputs, communications, power supplies, protective devices, contactors, relays, terminals and cables. We allow for service access and realistic sourcing alternatives.

The result is an agreed bill of materials and design decisions for discussion with your team.

03 / Verification and commissioning

Documentation that stays useful after installation

We prepare electrical schematics and markings that support installation, testing and later maintenance. Where needed, we help define test plans and resolve identified discrepancies.

Work on energized cabinets and electrical measurements is carried out by qualified personnel with appropriate safety measures.

Standards and context

A design for the machine and its target market

At the outset, we clarify where the machine will be used and which requirements apply. For European or North American projects, we consider EN 60204-1 and/or NFPA 79 respectively as part of the technical brief.

The exact conformity requirements and necessary tests are determined for the entire machine and the agreed project scope.

Deliverables

Practical deliverables

The exact files and activities are specified in the proposal according to the available documentation and the brief.

For a technical review

Findings, questions and a prioritized list of recommended changes.

For a targeted improvement

Revised schematics and justified selection of affected components.

For a complete design

Schematics, bill of materials, markings and cabinet build information.

After the scope is agreed

Verification criteria and traceable design decisions.
